Our story
Rooted in Heritage, Driven by Passion
I was born and raised in the fertile corn, wheat, and barley farming region of Western Kenya, an area known for its rich terroir and celebrated culinary traditions. With a background in international trade and luxury brand management, my love for wine took root in the most unexpected way.
My wine odyssey started eighteen years ago, taking me across the globe, from the vineyards of France to the wine regions of Spain and Eastern Europe. I can still recall the first time I tasted a Tokaji or a Viognier. Their aromatic qualities were not just delightful. They reminded me of the comforting tropical essence of my home in Kenya.
These travels sparked an enduring passion for exploring diverse wine regions and learning the intricate art of wine appreciation. The diverse landscapes and cultures I encountered shaped my approach to wine and deepened my connection to this beautiful craft.
Wine: More Than a Beverage
I learned that wine isn't just a beverage; it's a way of life.
An art form that connects people from all walks of life. It's about tradition, passion, and passing the torch to the next generation of wine enthusiasts. Through my journey, I discovered that wine education is pivotal in fostering a deeper connection between people and their wine experiences.
